Please note: School holidays for New Year, February half-term and Easter are very popular. Kindly book early and secure the resort and hotel that suits your group best.

2 A quick telephone call will enable us to hold your provisional reservation for up to 14 days without obligation. You can download a copy of our booking form, or we can post it along with an outline of your booking.

3 A first deposit of £80 and your completed booking form is required to secure your hotel. If an extension is required please ask.

4 A second deposit of £90 is due 8 weeks after the first deposit.

5 16 weeks prior to departure, all passengers lists and ski information forms are sent out for your completion.

6 About 12 weeks prior to departure the final invoice is despatched which is due for payment no later than 10 weeks prior to departure.

7 All travel documents are sent no later than 2 weeks prior to departure.
