Andorra - Arcalís
Arcalís probably offers the best, snow-sure skiing in Andorra, often on fresh powder, with a selection of long, crowd-free blues and reds that are ideal for beginners and intermediates alike.
The main ski circuit of Arcalís forms a horseshoe across two adjacent valleys with the nursery slopes and ski school located close to the main ski lodge. Three drag lifts offer beginners a safe introduction to two blue runs before progressing to the more challenging selection of extended blues and reds - which is where Arcalís really comes into its own.
For the adventurous, there are also two good black runs with a mogul field that lead back to the base station.
Hotel Cabaña 3* capacity 100
In the village of Ordino, the three star Hotel Cabaña offers modern, chalet-style accommodation. This property is currently being expanded for 2009 and is expected to have a capacity of 200. A Spa, Sauna & Swimming Pool are also being added.
Location: Hotel Cabaña is a convenient twenty minutes from the slopes of Arcalís in the village of Ordino.
Facilities: All rooms offer satellite television. Tiled bathrooms have hair dryers and shower-and-tub combinations.
Meals: Buffet breakfast, packed lunch, 3 course evening meal.
Accommodation: Rooms sleep 3-4 with en suite bath, wc, hairdryer, telephone, safe and satellite TV. There are also two rooms equipped for disabled guests.

Hotel Tristaina 2* capacity 80
The Tristaina is a lodge-style hotel with some great views of the surrounding mountains. For aprés ski, the Ordino Sports Centre is ten minutes away by road where groups can enjoy bowling and swimming.
Location: Hotel Tristaina is our closest accommodation to the Arcalís slopes (3km).
Facilities: The hotel has a television room.
Meals: A large restaurant where groups have breakfast and dinner.
Accommodation: Up to 70 beds are available, with groups sleeping 3-4 per room. All rooms have private facilities and are centrally heated.
Ski Storage for both hotels is at the slopes not hotels.
