TRAVEL INSURANCE

Sloping Off groups have a comprehensive travel insurance policy arranged through the Travel Protection Group plc, underwritten by Lloyds of London. Insurance is essential for school ski groups and our policy provides first class security.

All party leaders receive a full copy of the policy once they have made their booking. Under the ABI (Association of British Insurers) Code of Practice, party leaders are responsible for ensuring that all members of the party are aware of important features in respect of pre-existing health conditions etc.

FINANCIAL SECURITY

Sloping Off is an ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) bonded company and is covered by the Air Travel Organisers License (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This means that in the unlikely event of our insolvency, your payments are secure and your group will not be stranded abroad.

SKI SCHOOLS

We only use local bona-fide ski schools and our instructors have a useful working knowledge of the English language. Class sizes are generally 10-12 pupils per group.

SKI EQUIPMENT

Local ski hire shops are used in almost all our resorts and for safety and comfort we insist on good quality hire equipment. Most hire shops now provide carving skis as standard.

SNOWBOARDING

SKI REPS

Ski reps are a very important part of the ski course and great attention is paid to their selection and training thus providing a first-class service. We tailor actual reps to groups as far as is possible.

OUR SALES POLICY
